Validate your anatomy
Print a card, photograph it against yourself, and the server reads a real measurement off it. It is a deterrent, not a certificate — it turns a claim from something you type into something you have to photograph, once, before the card expires.

1. Print a card
Each card carries a code that works once. Print it at 100% with page scaling off — the card tells you how to check, and a scaled print is refused rather than silently measured wrong.
2. Photograph it against yourself
Rest the card in the same plane as what is being measured, shoot square on from as far back as the frame allows, and use at least 1600 pixels on the long edge. The photo is measured and discarded — it is never written, logged or stored.

The card is used up either way, so check the marks before you send. You can make another card if this one does not work out.
